We use the information described in Section 1 for the purposes of: (a) evaluating and processing membership applications; (b) operating, maintaining, and improving the Service, including the scheduling and matching of Members; (c) communicating with Members regarding their membership, including sessions and renewals; and (d) processing payments and refunds.
3. Disclosure of Information
3.1. We do not disclose applicant or Member information to third parties or to other Members, except as follows:
(a) where two Members each elect to continue a conversation following an Intro, we will disclose each Member's name and contact information to the other for the purpose of facilitating further communication;
(b) where disclosure is required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process; or
(c) in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or substantially all of High Signal's assets, as described in Section 8.
4. Recording
4.1. As of the date of this Policy, sessions are not recorded. Should recording functionality be introduced in the future, we will provide advance notice to Members and will obtain affirmative opt-in consent prior to recording any session.
5. Data Retention
5.1. We retain personal information for so long as reasonably necessary to administer a Member's membership and for such additional period thereafter as may be required for legal, accounting, or administrative purposes.
6. Data Security
6.1. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of electronic transmission or storage is, however, completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Rights of Data Subjects
7.1. Depending on the jurisdiction in which a Member or applicant resides, such individual may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information. Requests may be directed to [Contact Email].
8. Business Transfer
8.1. In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or substantially all of High Signal's assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
